About Me
Hi, y’all! My name is Rebeca and I’m an avid lover of animals and all things literature and writing related based out of Houston, Texas.
As a writer, I embrace the art of storytelling in its many forms. Whether crafting critical essays that dissect the layers of meaning within literary works, composing technical documents with precision and clarity, or translating between Spanish and English to bridge cultural divides, I find great joy in the richness of languages and ideas.
Beyond the realm of academia, I work as an administrative specialist in the Human Research Program at NASA Johnson Space Center. In this role, I contribute to initiatives that push the boundaries of human exploration and scientific discovery, harnessing my organizational expertise to support groundbreaking endeavors.
In my free time, I dedicate myself to caring for stray cats within the community and fostering kittens until permanent homes can be found, all while ensuring the well-being of my dogs, Charlie and Amie.
Driven by curiosity, ambition, an endless pursuit of excellence, and a profound love for animals, I am committed to making a meaningful impact through my words and actions, whether in a professional setting or by advocating for the welfare and compassionate treatment of all animals.
